The mission of “After the Laughs” is based mainly on these three biblical passages because it says it all.
- Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength (mark 12:28-30).
- Remember your Creator in the days of your youth before the difficult days come. Rejoice, young man, while you are young, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth (Ecclesiastes 12:1).
- Follow the impulses of your heart and the desires of your eyes, but know that God will judge your motives and actions (Ecclesiastes 11:9).
The youth of today are vulnerable and easily swayed-away by the things of the world, at this age they need to exert their strength in the things of the Lord and be like minded as Jesus was in his days on earth. His business was to do the will of the Father. He was all out for the things of God.
It is my fervent prayer that there will be a turnaround in the lives of the youth. That it will not be just about their rights but about the Kingdom of God.
And also have that understanding to do the right things to please God not men.
Amen.
